Who Runs Fractional Pulse
Rome Thorndike is the founder of Fractional Pulse. He has worked as a fractional executive and has spent 15+ years in B2B sales and revenue leadership across companies at every stage, from Series A to Fortune 500. Rome has held VP-level roles at Salesforce, Microsoft, Snapdocs (Sequoia-backed), and Datajoy (acquired by Databricks), and currently serves as VP of Revenue at Firmograph.ai. He built Fractional Pulse because the fractional executive movement deserves dedicated career intelligence. Finding quality fractional opportunities shouldn't require a personal network or an expensive recruiter. He holds an MBA from UC Berkeley's Haas School of Business.
