Job Summary

Duties

• Develop and execute comprehensive corporate strategies that align with the startup’s mission and growth objectives.
• Lead and manage executive\-level teams across all departments, ensuring cohesive collaboration and high performance.
• Oversee business management activities, including operational planning, resource allocation, and process optimization.
• Collaborate effectively with board members to refine strategic direction, ensure governance compliance, and facilitate transparent communication.
• Drive fundraising initiatives to support business development efforts, including investor relations and partnership cultivation.
• Manage financial operations at an executive level, including budgeting, financial planning, and oversight of nonprofit or startup\-specific financial management practices.
• Spearhead strategic planning sessions to identify new opportunities for expansion, innovation, and market positioning.
• Supervise senior leadership teams to ensure organizational objectives are met efficiently while fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in corporate strategy development and execution within startup or entrepreneurial environments.
• Proven track record in executive leadership with strong business management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to lead high\-performing teams at an executive level and manage complex organizational structures.
• Deep understanding of nonprofit financial management or startup financial practices combined with strategic budget oversight.
• Strong background in strategic management, including planning, implementation, and evaluation of organizational initiatives.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with experience in business development, fundraising for growth initiatives, and building strategic partnerships.
