Quartermaster California is looking for a senior U.S.\-based professional to lead and grow our Talent \& Workforce Solutions practice.

This is a unique opportunity for an entrepreneurial professional who wants to operate as an independent business partner while leveraging the platform, client relationships, and market presence of Quartermaster California.

Our clients rely on us for market entry support, market research, business development, partner identification, and operational execution. As more companies build teams in the U.S., Talent \& Workforce Solutions is becoming a key part of our service portfolio.

The Opportunity

We are looking for a senior professional to lead our Talent \& Workforce Solutions practice on a part\-time basis.

This is not a traditional HR Manager role.

You will serve as the subject matter expert for clients who need guidance on hiring, team design, workforce planning, executive search, organizational structure, compensation benchmarking, and talent intelligence.

You will also help us expand this practice into adjacent service areas such as payroll administration, benefits guidance, workforce setup, and other services that help European companies successfully employ people in the United States.

What You’ll Do

You will work with qualified Quartermaster California clients that have already entered our sales pipeline through our Founder, Chief Business Development Officer, referral partners, and business development team.

Your role is to assess workforce\-related opportunities, design solutions, contribute to proposals, and oversee the delivery of Talent \& Workforce Solutions projects.

Current service offerings include:

• Executive Search
• Talent Acquisition
• Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO)
• Talent Intelligence
• Competitor Organization Scans (COS)
• Organizational Design \& Workforce Planning

You will also help shape and expand future workforce\-related service offerings.

In addition, you will provide leadership for Quartermaster California’s own people and organizational development activities.

Who We’re Looking For

You are an American professional living in the San Diego metropolitan area with significant experience in one or more of the following areas:

• Executive Search
• Talent Acquisition
• Workforce Consulting
• Organizational Development
• HR Advisory Services
• Recruitment Leadership

You enjoy working directly with business owners and leadership teams and can translate workforce challenges into practical business solutions.

You are entrepreneurial, independent, commercially aware, and comfortable representing a professional services brand in client\-facing situations.

Experience working with international companies or growth\-stage businesses is highly desirable.

Engagement Structure

This is a part\-time independent contractor / business partner role.

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:
