Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with executive leadership to craft and implement strategic plans that align with organizational goals and growth targets.
  • Oversee day\-to\-day operations, ensuring seamless execution of business activities while maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.
  • Lead change management initiatives to adapt processes, systems, and organizational structures in response to evolving market conditions.
  • Drive process improvement projects to optimize workflows, reduce costs, and increase productivity across departments.
  • Manage budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation to support sustainable growth and operational stability.
  • Supervise senior managers and teams, providing mentorship, guidance, and performance evaluations to foster leadership development.
  • Spearhead business development efforts by identifying new opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and expanding market presence.
  • Oversee project management initiatives ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget while maintaining stakeholder engagement.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in operations management with a strong background in strategic planning and change management.
  • Demonstrated success in supervising teams and leading senior leadership initiatives.
  • Extensive knowledge of business development strategies and project management methodologies.
  • Strong skills in process improvement, budgeting, forecasting, and program management.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Management experience within fast\-paced environments requiring agility and proactive problem\-solving.
  • Familiarity with implementing operational frameworks that support scalable growth while maintaining quality standards.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management or related field; advanced degrees or certifications are a plus.
